| Bubbling Hot Crab with Bean Sprouts
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese 6 ounces of crab 1 tablespoon of milk 2 tablespoon of minced onion 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of salt a dash of pepper 1/3 can of bean sprouts, drained 2 tablespoons of chopped chives 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup of sliced almonds
Mix all together, except cheese and almonds. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 - 25 minutes. Top with cheese and almonds. Serve with crackers |
