Low Cal Clam Dip

one 8 ounce can of minced clams
1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of minced green onions
Assorted crisp vegetable dippers



In blender container, combine clams with liquid, cottage cheese, seasoned salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and whirl around until smooth. Stir in green onions. Cover and chill at least two hours to blend flavors. Serve with cauliflower, broccoli and strips of carrots, zucchini and cucumbers
