| Raw Vegetable Dip
2 cups of applesauce 1/2 pint of dairy sour cream 2 tablespoons of minced onion 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Slowly cook applesauce about 5 minutes to evaporate some of the liquid, chill. Combine the applesauce, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix well. Use as a dip for fresh, raw vegetables of your choice. Yield 2 1/2 cups
