| Taffy Apples
1 large can of crushed pineapple, save drained juice 2 1/2 cups of miniature marshmallows 1 egg 1 tablespoon of flour 12 ounces of Cool Whip 3/4 cup of cocktail or Spanish peanuts 1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar 1/2 cup of sugar 4 -6 apples, unpeeled and chopped
Combine the drained pineapple and marshmallows, refrigerate overnight. Beat pineapple juice, egg, flour, vinegar and sugar, heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and refrigerate overnight, separate from pineapple. Next day. Mix sauce and Cool whip;, add peanuts, marshmallow mixture and apples, stir. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
