| Braunschweiger Ball
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened 1 pound of braunschweiger, at room temperature 1/4 cup of mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt 2 tablespoons of dill pickle juice 1/2 - 3/4 cup of chopped onion 3 drops of Tabasco sauce 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup of salted peanuts, chopped
Combine half the cream cheese with the remaining ingredients, except peanuts, mix well. Spread in a mold. Chill for several hours. Unmold. Frost with remaining cream cheese. Garnish with chopped peanuts. Snack with assorted crackers or slices of party loaf bread. |
