| Savory Cheese Bites
1 cup of water 1/8 teaspoon of salt 4 eggs 1/2 cup of butter 1 cup of flour 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
Combine the water, butter, and salt in a pan, bring to a boil. Stir until butter melts. Add flour, stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan to form a smooth ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, stir until well blended. Return to heat and beat mixture until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in cheese. drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF. for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Makes 7 dozen
