Boursin Cheese

Boursin Cheese 2 cloves garlic 8 ounces of sweet unsalted whipped cream 16 ounces of cream cheese 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of basil 1/2 teaspoon of marjoram 1/2 teaspoon of chives 1/4 teaspoon of thyme 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of dill Place the  garlic cloves in blender or food processor or crush. Add the remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator. Serve on crackers. This recipe can be done in the food processor, by blender or by hand. No matter which method you use, crush the garlic first. It will take a little longer to work it by hand.
