| Cheese Ball 2
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened 1/4 pound of blue cheese, crumbled 1 cup of sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 small onion, minced 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup of chopped pecans Finely snipped parsley
Beat cheeses in mixing bowl at medium speed until fluffy, scarping sides and bottom of bowl often. Beat in onion and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in pecans. Cover and chill 3 - 4 hours. Mold into large balls, roll in parsley. Place on serving plate, cover and chill until firm, about 2 hours
