| 28 Little Pizzas
1 pound of medium or sharp cheese
1 can (4 ounce) pimientos
1 small onion
Mayonnaise
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm Party Rye
3/4 teaspoon of oregano |

Grate cheese, pimiento and onion, Mix with just enough mayonnaise to make spreadable. Stir in oregano. Spread on rye slices and bake at 300ºF. about 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
