| Cheese Ball 3
1 pound of extra sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 pound of New York sharp Cheddar cheese 6 ounces of cream cheese 1 small onion 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce several drops of Texas Pete
Grate both Cheddar cheeses. Allow grated cheeses and cream cheese to soften. Grate onion and add to softened cheeses. Add other ingredients until well blended. Roll mixture into balls. These may be rolled in pecans, parsley or hot pepper and paprika. |
