Cheese Ball Bleu

12 ounces of cream cheese, softened
4 ounces of Bleu cheese, softened
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
paprika
1/4 pound of chopped pecans

Mix cheeses and onion. Form into ball. Roll in paprika. Roll on pecans. wrap in foil and chill overnight.
