| Islander Cheese Ball
16 ounces of cream cheese, softened 8 1/2 ounces of unsweetened crushed pineapple 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper 2 tablespoons of chopped onion 1 teaspoon of salt 1 small pkg. of chopped nuts
Drain pineapple. Mix pineapple, cream cheese, green pepper, onion and salt. Form mixture into ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll in chopped nuts. Chill again.
