| Macadamia Cheddar Balls
8 ounces of Neufchatel cheese, or cream cheese 1/4 cup of butter, softened 10 ounces of sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 cup of chutney, chopped 1 cup of chopped macadamia nuts 1 cup of parsley flakes
In a large bow, beat Neufchatel cheese and butter together. Beat in Cheddar cheese. Beat in chutney. Chill mixture overnight. Shape into balls, using 1 heaping teaspoon of mixture for each ball. Roll balls in mix of nuts and parsley. |
