Oysters Parmesan
1 large onion, minced 5 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup of olive oil 1 pint of oysters and liquor 1 1/4 cups of seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese 4 strips of bacon, coked until crisp, crumbled
In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until slightly brown, add oysters and cook until the edges curl. Remove from heat, stir in bread crumbs, cheese, oyster liquor and bacon. Mix well. Add mixture to individual ramekins and bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF.
