| Shrimp Butter
1 package ( 8 ounces) of cream cheese 1 stick butter, softened 2 - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 medium onion, finely diced one 4.25 ounce can of tiny shrimp
Ina food processor or blender, combine the cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and mayonnaise, blend until smooth. Add the onion and shrimp, stir until mixed. To serve, spread on crackers.
