| Smoked Salmon Rolls
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature 3 tablespoons of sour cream 1/2 pound of thinly sliced smoked salmon one 2 ounce jar of red caviar
Blend cream cheese with sour cream. Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with the mixture. Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Serve chilled. 6 servings |
