| 19th Hole Sauce
2 tablespoons of instant onion 1 tablespoon of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of whole mustard seed 2 teaspoons of paprika 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate 1 teaspoon of crushed oregano 1 teaspoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of cracked pepper 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of cloves 1 bay leaf 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup of catsup 1/2 cup of water 1/4 cup of olive or salad oil 1/4 cup of tarragon vinegar 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 or 3 drops of liquid smoke
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Simmer gently 20 to 25 minutes or until consistency you like. Remove bay leaf. Makes 2 cups of sauce. Serve with roast pork or beef.
