All Seasons Marinade

3/4 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of ground mustard
2 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use as marinade for beef, pork, chicken or shrimp. Yield: 2 cups. (Ready in 15 minutes or less.)
