1 cup of catsup 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of celery seed 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of red hot sauce 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce 21 cups of water 1 onion, chopped 1/4 cup of vinegar
Combine the ingredients, boil for 15 minutes. Pour over parboiled spareribs, browned pork chops or pork steak. Bake meat at 275º- 300ºF. for 1 hour or until tender. |
