| Barbecue Sauce #12
1 1/2 cup of chopped onions 1 clove garlic, minced 3/4 cup of wine vinegar 3/4 cup of tomato paste 1/2 cup of bouillon 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 6 - 8 drops of Tabasco sauce 2 teaspoons of prepared mustard 1/4 teaspoon of celery seed 1/2 teaspoon of oregano 1 teaspoon of chili powder 8 cloves 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon of smoked salt
Combine all ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Sauce is much better if stored in refrigerator several days before using. 3 1/2 cups
