Best Barbecue Sauce
2 1/4 cups of tomato catsup 3/4 teaspoon of red pepper 1/2 cup of vinegar 1 cup of sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 3/4 teaspoon of chili powder 1 cup of water 3 cloves garlic, optional
Combine all ingredients, heat to full boil. Remove from heat, remove garlic. May be refrigerated for 3 weeks. Makes 1 quart |
