Easy Basting Sauce

1/2 cup of catsup
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
2 teaspoons of kitchen bouquet
a dash of bottled  hot sauce

Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Use sauce immediately or store it in the refrigerator until needed. Use to baste burgers, steaks, chops, kabobs during broiling. Makes 3/4 cup sauce.
