Marinade Sauce

Marinade Sauce

1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 cup of soy sauce
3/4 cup of pineapple juice

Marinade is for 2 pounds of meat. Great with chicken

Marinade Sauce 2

1 bottle soy sauce
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of red wine

Mix all ingredients well. Use as marinate for beef roasts and round steak before grilling.
