| Plantation Hot Sauce
1/2 cup of molasses 1/2 cup of prepared mustard 1/2 cup of vinegar or lemon juice 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce 1 teaspoon of salt
Blend molasses and prepared mustard, stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Makes enough sauce for basting 4 pounds loin back ribs or spareribs
