Rub For Spareribs Or Pork Butt
SPICE RUB:
Rub 1 to 2 hours before grilling.

Brown sugar
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Paprika
Sugar
Chili powder
Cumin
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Oregano
  GLAZE:
Grill at 225°F.

Chili sauce
Little water
Vegetable oil
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Lemon juice and salt
1 part honey

Remove thin skin from spareribs. Pulls off by hand. Then add Spice Rub. Glaze after grilling meat part time. Use 1 part honey and 2 parts barbecue sauce.
