Sweet N Low Barbecue Sauce #2
1 quart of tomato juice 1 green pepper, diced 2 tablespoons of dried onion flakes 1 tablespoon of prepared mustard 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 3 ounces of wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1 envelope of Sweet N Low
Simmer all of the ingredients together except the sweetener in an uncovered saucepan for about 1 hour. The sauce should be quite thick. Add the sweetener after the sauce has finished cooking. This sauce freezes very well. Can be serves at lunch or dinner.
