Beef Barbecue Sandwich 2

1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons of butter
2 pounds of hamburgers
2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of prepared mustard
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup of catsup

Brown the onion and pepper in butter, stirring frequently. Add hamburger and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Serve on heated buns. 16 servings
