| Beef Ring w/Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 pounds of ground chuck 3/4 cup of quick cooking oats 1 cup of evaporated milk 3 tablespoons of onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons of vinegar 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 cup of ketchup 1/2 cup of water 6 tablespoons of onion, finely chopped | |
Mix together ground chuck, oats, evaporated milk and 3 tablespoons of onion. Pack into an 8 inch ring mold and bake for 10 minutes. Remove to a large pan. Combine the remaining ingredients to form the sauce. Pour sauce over beef ring. Bake at 350ºF. for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently with sauce during baking time.
