Beef Roll Ups

2 pounds of round steak
2 cups of stuffing mix
2 tablespoons of shortening
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sour cream

Cut meat into 8 pieces. Prepare stuffing mix and place spoonful on each piece of meat, roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Brown in shortening, add 1 can soup and 1/2 cup of water. Cover, simmer 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally. Stir in sour cream, just before serving.
