| Steak Caribbean 1/3 cup of fresh orange juice 1/4 cup of dry red wine 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1 tablespoon of vinegar 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 3 pounds of London Broil |

Combine the orange juice, wine, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, Tabasco, turmeric, ginger and mustard, mix well. Place steak in a shallow, flat dish; cover with marinade and marinate at room temperature for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; broil to desired degree of doneness, basting with marinade. Serve remaining marinade with meat. if desired, serve with additional Tabasco sauce. Serves 6 - 8
