| Steak Pork Antonio 1/4 cup of dark rum 1 tablespoon of chopped shallots 1/2 cup of butter or margarine 2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley 4 shell steaks or boneless rib steaks, about 6 ounces each |

Combine the rum and shallots in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in butter, lime juice, Tabasco and parsley. Place shell steaks under preheated broiler 6 inches from heat, brush with rum butter and broil for 4 minutes longer. Serve with additional rum butter and Tabasco sauce, if desired. Serves 4
