Brisket 2

7 pounds of beef brisket
garlic salt, to taste
onion salt to taste
celery salt tot taste
1/2 bottle of liquid smoke
1/2 bottle of Worcestershire sauce
Salt And Pepper

Line a baking pan with enough foil to cover and seal the brisket. Place the  fat side down and sprinkle generously with garlic, onion, and celery salts. Add liquid smoke, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Next morning add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bake in foil at 275ºF.  for 5 to 6 hours.
