2 cups of coarsely ground roast beef 1 cup of sour cream 6 tablespoons of pickle relish 1/2 cup of minced onion 2 teaspoons of horseradish 2 tablespoons of chili sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve on lettuce. Makes 3 cups
