| Brisket of Beef
First cut brisket 1 1/2 cups of hot water 2 packets of beef bouillon 2 or 3 onions, sliced |

Put all above ingredients in heavy roaster or Dutch oven with lid that fits well. Bake in preheated 350ºF. oven for about 3 hours. Slice meat and put all gravy and onions in blender, for a short time. Pour gravy over sliced meat. Best when made a day ahead. Can also be frozen.
