| Marinade for Chuck Roast
1/2 cup of orange juice 1/4 cup of vinegar 1/4 cup of honey 6 tablespoons of parsley 2 tablespoons of basil 2 or 3 cloves garlic, mashed 1 tablespoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 cup of sherry 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of minced onions |

Combine all ingredients and pour over roast that is placed in an enamel container. Best if cooked on outside barbecue and marinated for at least 24 hours.
