| Chipped Beef Casserole
1 1/2 cups of dried chipped beef 4 tablespoons of butter 1/2 pound of mushrooms, sliced 2 tablespoons of flour 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 cups of light cream 2/3 cup of chopped ripe olives 1 cup of crumbled potato chips |

Soak the chipped beef in water to cover. Drain well. Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in a 2 - 3 quart casserole. Add mushrooms, beef, flour, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce and stir well to blend. Add cream and olives and mix well. Top with crumbled potato chips and dot with remaining tablespoon of butter. Bake 30 minutes in 375ºF. Serves 4
