| | Easy Meatball Stroganoff
1 tablespoon of instant minced onion 1/2 cup of milk 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef 2/3 cup of quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/4 teaspoon of dill weed 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 egg, beaten one 10 3/4 ounce can of condensed golden mushroom soup 1/2 cup of dairy sour cream
Combine onion and milk. Mix ground beef, oats, salt, pepper, dill weed, garlic powder, egg, and onion milk mixture. Shape to form 24 meatballs. Place in a shallow 10 inch casserole. Spoon soup over meatballs. Bake, covered, at 350ºF. for 35 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through, stirring occasionally. Uncover, blend in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked rice. 6 servings |
