| Rice Pudding Bread
2/3 cup of water, lukewarm 3 cups of white bread flour 2/3 cup of cooked white rice, cooled to room temp. 3/4 cup of sour cream 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 1/2 teaspoon of allspice 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 cup of raisins 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla 3 teaspoons of active dry yeast
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.
Makes a 1.5 pound loaf. |
