| Broccoli w/Walnuts
1 bunch of broccoli 1 tablespoon of walnut oil 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts |

Cut broccoli florets from stem and steam them in a small amount of water until they turn bright green and begin to tender. Drain. Heat walnut oil at a low temperature in that same pan, add garlic and walnuts and toast for baout5 minutes. Toss with broccoli. Serves 4 |
