Buffet Party Seafood

1/2 cup of butter
2 onions, peeled and diced
2 green peppers, cut fine
one 6 ounce can of sliced mushrooms
2/3 cup of sifted all purpose flour
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
4 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp American cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
one 12 ounce package of quick frozen lobster meat
one 12 ounce package of quick frozen crab meat
one 8 ounce can of deveined shrimp or 1 cup of cooked quick frozen shrimp
1 pound of small macaroni shells, hot, freshly cooked
4 or 5 tablespoons of finely cut parsley

Melt butter or margarine in large ( about 3 quart) chafing dish pan over moderate heat. Stir in onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper smoothly. Stir in milk gradually. Return pan to heat. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in cheese and mix. Add lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire. Cook until cheese melts.
Break defrosted lobster and cleaned crab meat into serving pieces. Add with drained shrimp to sauce. Mix, and let mixture heat to a boil. Serve on generous mounds of hot macaroni. Add parsley as garnish. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
