Fish Pilau

1 1/2 cups of milk
one 3 ounce can of chopped broiled mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon of marjoram
1 cup of quick cooking rice
1 1/2 cups of cooked fish
Tomato or curry sauce

Combine milk, mushrooms and their liquid, Kitchen Bouquet, seasonings, and herb in top pan of chafing dish. Heat to scalding over boiling water, stirring occasionally. Add rice, cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until rice is tender. Add fish and mix with rice and mushrooms, using fork. when hot through, serve with tomato sauce or the curry sauce. Makes 4 servings
