Blend together the mustard, shallots, tarragon, Tabasco and 1 tablespoon of melted margarine in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the chicken pieces, and coat with bred crumbs. Arrange the chicken pieces in a greased baking dish, drizzle the remaining melted margarine over chicken. Bake in a preheated 375ºF. oven for 1 hour or until done. Serves 4 |
