Wilma's Barbecued Chicken

6 - 8 chicken legs or breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pint of hot water
1/2 cup of catsup
1 cup of barbecue sauce
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
a dash of red pepper
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 teaspoon of vinegar
3 tablespoons of margarine

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper, place in an oiled electric skillet. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Cover and cook at 350ºF. for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Add water as necessary and baste with sauce. Note> If chicken is fat, use less margarine. Yields 6 - 8 servings
