| Low Carb Barbecued Lemon Chicken
2 whole chickens, cut into pieces 1 cup of olive oil 1/2 cup of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of teriyaki sauce 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of paprika 2 teaspoons of onion powder 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Place chicken into shallow dish or pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover dish with foil, refrigerate overnight. Prepare grill: Place chicken on hot grill for 25 minutes, then turn and cook for 25 minutes more or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serves 8 |
