| Braised Chicken
1 broiler, halved salt and pepper to taste Celery salt to taste Onion salt to taste garlic salt to taste 1/2 stick of margarine Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup of water
Season the broiler with salt and pepper, then sprinkle generously with celery salt. Sprinkle lightly with onion salt and garlic salt. Melt the margarine in a heavy skillet, then add the broiler and brown on both sides. Add the remaining ingredients and cover tightly. Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender. 2 servings |
