| Cantonese Chicken
3/4 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger 1 3 to 3 1/2 pound fryer, cut up 1 can pineapple tidbits 1 green pepper, cubed | |
Combine soy sauce, sugar and ginger. Marinate chicken in mixture for 4 hours. Remove chicken from marinade, and bake in a shallow pan at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; top with undrained pineapple and green pepper. Bake for 30 minutes more. Serves 4. |
