Texas Style Game Hens on the Grill

4 Tyson Cornish Game Hens

Seasonings:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

Sauce:
1/2 cup of apple jelly
1/2 cup of catsup
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

Rub Cornish hens inside and out with seasonings and place on grill. Cook 1 hour or until tender, basting frequently during last 1/2 hour with sauce. Serves 4
