2 cups of cooked and diced chicken 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cashew nuts, broken 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of celery, diced 1/2 onion, diced 2 pimentos, diced | |
Combine all ingredients. Pour into well-greased casserole. Cover and seal with tape around edges and freeze. Remove from freezer; remove tape and bake for 1 hour at 350ºF. Serve over chow mein noodles or steamed rice. Serves 6. |
