| Chicken Elegante
2 packages of Pepperidge Farm frozen patty shells 1/2 cup of butter or margarine 1/4 cup of flour 1 cup of condensed cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup of crumbled Blue cheese 1/2 teaspoon of marjoram 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup of diced cooked chicken one 10 ounce package of frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese Paprika |

Bake the patty shells according to package directions. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Blend in flour and cook over low heat about 1 minutes. Gradually stir in soup, blue cheese, marjoram, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, chicken and broccoli. Heat thoroughly. Remove from heat. Fold in sour cream. Spoon mixture into baked patty shells. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and paprika. Broil until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve immediately. Makes 12 servings |
