Chicken Cholupas

4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and diced
3 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 large can of green chilies, diced
1 onion, finely diced
16 ounces of sour cream
3/4 pound of Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3/4 pound of milk cheddar cheese, grated
12 small flour tortillas 

Mix all of the ingredients, except the tortillas and only half of the chesses. Put 3 tablespoons mixture in each tortilla. Roll up and place in a greased baking dish. Pour rest of mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over all. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes.
